In 2010, the average price of a single family home in Marinwood was $597,000, selling at an average of $373/sf.
Both condo and Single Family home prices have fallen drastically from their peak in 2006/2007. Single Family homes peaked at $507/sf in 2006, which is down 24%. The average Condo Price/sf is down 35% from it’s peak in 2006. It’s interesting that the average price of a home in 2010 ($/sf) is now lower than the condo $/sf at its peak in 2006.
